MOTOTRBO Certificate Enrollment operation

The Certificate Enrollment operation will allow you to trigger on the radio the process of certificate enrollment on MOTOTRBO radios. The device's firmware will decide which certificates should be enrolled for the current model.

For devices that require Regionalization At The Edge, the process will be started when the subscriber radio is power cycled after the certificate enrollment process has been successful.
