MOTOTRBO Swap Radio operation

The Swap Radio operation will allow you to swap a defective MOTOTRBO radio with a new replacement unit.

The following fields are required:

• Job Name
• Current Device Serial Number - Enter the customer device's Label Serial Number. Must follow the MOTOTRBO Serial Number format.
• Roto Pool Device Serial Number - Enter the Label Serial Number of the new Roto pool radio that you want to swap the defective device with. Must follow the MOTOTRBO Serial Number format.
